CRANE REPAIR & HOIST REPAIR SERVICES

Hall Hoist & Lifting Logistics provides highly-trained hoist and crane technicians to help diagnose and repair your hoist and crane. We offer on-call, scheduled and in-house hoist repair services.  We also develop customized preventative maintenance programs based on the duty cycle and individual characteristics of hoist-trolley-bridge crane systems ensuring OSHA and ASME compliance, as well as a safe, productive working environment. We pride ourselves on getting you up and running as quickly as possible.

Services

In the field, we offer scheduled and on-call emergency crane and hoist repair services.  Our technicians have spent the majority of their careers in the hoist & crane industry and are available to assist in diagnosing and repairing hoists and bridge cranes in the field.  Technicians are trained to repair common electrical and mechanical parts including motors, drives, gear boxes, crane controls, end trucks and hoists on heights up to 35 feet in industrial environments.  Our most common repair services include:

In-house repair, we offer repair of electric, lever, manual chain and wire rope hoists.  We can repair and test to comply with ASME B30.16 and B30.17 specifications.  With an in-house load test stand, Hall Hoist and Lifting can do static and dynamic testing of your hoist.  We currently provide in-house repair services for Budgit, Chester, CM, Coffing, Harrington, Lodestar, Shopstar, Shaw-Box and Yale Hoists.  We take care of the complete repair – with 3 to 5 day turnaround times, excluding freight transit time.
